| 产品工程师职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Descriptions) 1. Educational Background Graduate Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer a. 5+ years experience in similar industries. b. 2- 5 years as NPI engineer/supervisor 2. Special Skills and Abilities (computer， language， interpersonal skills， etc.) a. Computer skills including Excel spreadsheets， Microsoft word， e-mail and schedule systems b. English oral and written communication skills c. Ability to resolve design and process related issues. d. Ability to understand product design and define a manufacturing process to turn it in smooth mass production. e. Ability to utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD， Pro-E， Unigraphics etc. f. Ability to understand manufacturing cost and reflect in quote. g. In depth knowledge of General Manufacturing processes 1) Cutting 2) CNC 3) Stamping 4) Soldering 5)Metal treatment process like anodizing， chromate etc. h. Ability to make project planning and successful product development on time. i. Good knowledge of Quality system and its requirements as well as ability to prepare system related documents.
