| 生产经理 Production Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Requirement: 1.Degree in Engineering 2.Minimum 6 years’ experience in manufacturing industry， of which at least 3 years in managerial level 3.Solid experience in production and engineering， including instrumentation and tooling 4.Knowledge in operational management preferably in cable assembly manufacturing 5.Familiar with international quality standards and practices Special Qualification: 1.Excellent analytical， problem-solving and communication skills 2.Strong leadership 3.Fluent in English and Mandarin Description of Duties: 1.To be responsible for production and engineering in the factory 2.To manage performance targets of production yield， outgoing quality， worker productivity， manufacturing cycle time， etc 3.To drive continuous improvement programs in improving cycle time， quality， cost， and operational reliability 4.To define and oversee training programs in raising workers’ skills 5.To undertake projects on launching new products |
