Group Account Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management

· Understand customers’ requirements in functional as well as business aspects in order to support interactive strategy development.

· Provide daily strategic partnership and drive relationships with key clients

· Lead interactive strategy development and execution

· Ensure effective staffing levels and quality of staff for required client deliverables including business development proposals， where applicable.

· Manage a group of direct reports to effectively deliver agency strategy and requirements.

· Remain updated on key competitive activities and client business developments

Project Development

· Lead proposal generation and development of new ideas for the client.

· Generate proposals， presentations， and pricing.

· Manage existing projects & or new opportunities within a customer’s organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education/ Experience: BA/BS from an accredited school.

· Bilingual

· 8+ years of direct or interactive account management and/or management level marketing， a minimum of 3 year of which has been in an agency environment;

· Excellent understanding of marketing new media techniques including Internet， blogs， mobile marketing， online media as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications.

· Experience with media buying/ search engine marketing a plus

· Visible passion for technology and interactive marketing

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.

· Experience in B2B/ high tech categories preferred



Experienced managing 5 plus staff

Must have sound financial management skills
