| Cost Accountant(成本会计)职位说明及要求 | |
| Accountability: 1. Collect， prepare and analyze cost data， 2. Identify and report variances， 3. Participate in and verify physical inventory counts， 4. Prepare cost accounting records， 5. Set standard costs and valuation methodologies， 6. Work closely with Purchasing， Inventory Control， Manufacturing， and Engineering， 7. Implement the appropriated policies and procedures to capture and account for the cost of goods sold， standard costs and variable operation costs， 8. Prepare month end journal entries and related account reconciliations 9. Weekly score cards， 10. Assist Financial Manager in performing financial analysis and other ad hoc assignments. Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree in finance and accounting subjects 2. 3+ year’s relevant experience preferable in manufacturing industry 3. Knowledge and experience in standard cost and MRP systems 4. Be able to work independently with team-building spirit 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Good command of written and spoken English 7. Knowledge in SAP system experience is a plus. 8. Good ability for analysis and communication. |
