1. 建筑学本科以上学历，建筑学专业；欧美籍设计师；
2. 3年以上建筑设计工作经验；
3. 具备国家一级注册建筑师资格优先；
4. 具备优良的方案设计能力和表现能力；
5. 能独立完成从项目投标、施工图设计到后期各个环节的管理和技术工作；
6. 熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范，能准确理解并把握项目及业主需求；
7. 工作认真负责，耐心细心，有良好的团队协调能力；
8. 具备优秀的团队领导能力；
9. 具有较强的口头表达能力及协调能力，富有责任感；
10. 能经常赴外地出差。
Senior Level Project Manager， Project Designer， and Project Architect
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture design;European and American architect；
2. 5 years plus of architecture design working experience， have experience to communicate and cooperate with foreign architects independently or working in foreign firm preferred;
3. Class One Registered Architect;
4. Strong ability in conceptual creation and graphic representation;
5. Strong ability to independently carry project from bid， construction document to later stage management and technique work;
6. Strong knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices; client service;
7. Conscientious work， patient， coordination and management skill;
8. Team Leadership;
9. Fluent verbal and written language skills; coordination and management skill; full of responsibility;
10. Long-time stable work， willing to have frequent business travel.
