| Responsibility： 1. Establish， execute and develop Compensation and Benefits programs in order to provide an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage 2. Develop C&B policies， procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency 3. Manage C&B implementation: Monthly compensation calculation and distribution， payroll report， Individual tax， social insurance transaction. Ensure the accuracy data is timely submitted. Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs Requirement： 1. bachelor or above degree 2. 3 years + experience on C&B position in Multi-National Company 3. Proficient in English， both written and oral 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills， A positive team player， Independent， detail-oriented |
