| The requirement of knowledge and teaching level， -Graduated from Machine and electronic major， management major is the best， having working experience of 8 years above and management experience of 5 years above. -The knowledge of company product and manufacturing technology applying， -The knowledge of logistic management， -Management knowledge， -The basic knowledge of computer and the software knowledge of common using， -know the Labor law. The skill requirement of post -Be familiar with the drawing manner of manufacturing plan -The ability of logistic controlling in reason -Be familiar with the ways of training and assessment to employee -Better oral expression ability and organizing， coordinating ability. -Better analyzing， reflecting and decision-making ability -Better management ability and human relationship ability Job responsibility and assignment -Arrange production plan， organize fulfilling -Coordinate subordinates‘work -Discover the bottle-neck working procedure and promote throughput -Manage subordinate and relative personnel -Monitor all kinds of consumption of internal department. -Carry out the 6S system of company. -Finish other assignment which supervisor assign. |
