| Sr.SalesTrainingConsultant职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: Identify sales training needs using appropriate methodology Design and develop sales learning and training programs Develop ,customize and compile sales training manuals and other training materials Work with and seek assistance from internal resource e.g. sales management, marketing, physician etc. and external vendors Plan training courses to meet needs Sales Training program delivery Sales Training evaluation and follow-ups Proactively seek for opportunities on continuously learning and development Administration and reporting Qualifications: BA degree or above, major in medical/pharmacy is preferred. Minimum 3 years‘ working experiences in multinational pharmaceutical companies of which includes 1-2 year experiences of sales management, marketing or sales training. Good communication and presentation skills. Good learning abilities. Good planning and organizing skills. Fluent English. Strong PC skills. Be able to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment and be self-motivated and energetic. Have a strong career aspiration in sales training. |
