Job Duties: - Operate in-house service ticket system - Provide first-level IT support to internal users - Coordinate and follow-up with back-end service teams to resolve IT related issues - Participate in Global Helpdesk & Training projects - Maintain Helpdesk team providing IT related services to internal clients with a quality service Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in IT or related major - 1-2 years of related IT working experience, with Helpdesk experience or customer service is an advantage - Experience in Remote Desktop Tools / supporting Windows applications / supporting Microsoft Office components - Good team-player / telephone manner / sense of service support / communication skill - Self-motivated and independent - Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English - Relevant professional certification is an advantage Working Location: GuangZhou Panyu(With shuttle bus between Metro Station and Office) |
