| Manufacture Manager(VCM)职位说明及要求 | |
| POSITION SUMMARY: 1. BUILD PROCESS ENGINEERING TEAM， ENSURE VCM ASEMBLY PROCESS MEET PRODUCT REQUIRMENET; 2. ENSURE PRODUCTION SMOOTH RUNNING， ON-TIME DELIVERY， QUALITY ASSURED TO FULFILL CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.review production schedule daily 1.1 review production order for the day 1.2 be informed of all resources status on workers‘ attendance， material availability，machinery maintenance and WIP from previous shift 1.3 review any preventive maintenance on machine that will affect normal production 2.go through 6S process to start work， ensure safety procedures and standards are met. 3.shop floor management， attend to abnormalities， ensure shop floor discipline complies to safety operating process 4.carry out immediate corrective actions on shop floor to ensure product quality 5.Build Process Engineering Capability 5.1 Build the team 5.2 Resolve new process design with product design team for new VCM project 5.3 Process develop， assembly & related fixture design， process validation， pilot run REQUIREMENT: 1.min 8yrs in production management， preferably at components manufacturing 2.working knowledge in plastic injection molding， metal stamping and some PCB/A manufacturing 3.demonstrated leadership/ supervision skill， good communication skill 4.CET-4， can communicate basic English is an advantage |
