FieldSales(outstation)(外站区域销售)–呼和浩特/太原/丹东/营口/石家庄各1名职位说明及要求



Job Description:

Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction
Respond to customer enquiries/complaints
Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs
Responsible for establishing relationship with local government bodies
Responsible for establishing relationship with local vendors
Highlights to his / her supervisor on observations of market dynamics for example competitors’ behavioral patterns
Updates his / her supervisor on customer requests and business needs
Assist in account receivable issues
Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
Prepare and realize planned sales calls
Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
Ensure adherence to ISO standards in line with corporate instructions

岗位职责:

通过确保客户满意度,来巩固并发展现有客户的关系;
及时的回答客户的询问,解决客户投诉;
确立客户需求,建立客户档案;
负责建立并协调公司与当地政府机构的关系;
负责建立并协调公司与本地供应商的关系;
定期向主管重点汇报市场调研报告,例如,竞争者市场运行模式;
及时为主管更新客户的需求及其商务需求;
支持财务应收款事项;
逐步展开销售计划/策略/行动,以达到预期目标;
在致电客户前做好准备工作,使销售电话的预期计划得以实现;
与客户进行谈判,使规定服务的合同条款与本公司的销售政策与程序相一致;
保护并收集所有必要的信息,并用此来评估潜在客户的信任度;
确保工作标准符合ISO标准;

Job Requirement:

College or above education background
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Logistics industry. Airfreight, Oceanfreight or Domestics transport field is preferred
Mature; be able to work well under pressure
Proactive with a good business sense
Good planning and analytical skill
Team player, flexible and service orientated
Good communication skill
Good computer skill, eg, MS office, etc.
Age from 24 to 30 is preferred

本科或以上学历
至少2年物流行业货物空运、货物海运的从业经验,国内运输方面的为首选
成熟稳重,适应高压工作
敏锐的商业判断能力
良好的计划编制与分析技巧
有团队协作意识,有组织方向性和灵活性
良好的沟通能力
熟练的电脑操作技能,例如:MS office 等
24–33岁,男女不限,户籍不限
