Responsibilities: 1.Ensure attainment of service level standards according to agreement with the client; ensure SLA of the team is being met. 2.Maintain a line of communication with client contacts. 3.Reward and discipline employees when necessary. 4.Ensure daily operation on run smoothly. 5.Participate in the recruitment of staff to the team. 6.Deal effectively with client complaints and issues in terms of operation by escalating to the appropriate person and by taking the appropriate action. 7.Maintain a flexible and calm approach to problem solving. 8.Handle people issue. 9.Implement and drive goals of the team. 10.Check if corrective actions have been implemented to resolve issues. Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.At least two years call center project management experience; 3.Working experience in electronic or computer industry is preferable; 4.Good Oral and written English communication skills; 5.Good at using data analysis instrument. |
