ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job‘s essential or most important duties and responsibilities with the most critical functions listed first. This is not an exhaustive list as the employee may be required to perform duties outside those listed below. -Responsible fro PRC statutory reporting; -Responsible for PRC company secretarial matters; -Oversees the statutory filing requirements with major local authorities such as Tax, custom, SAFE, etc; -Responsible for tax planning and cash flow across the boarder; -Proper maintenance of assets records according to supervision under PRC regulations; EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: List the minimum education and experience required to perform the job in a satisfactory manner. Include years and type of experience needed. Include required coursework or certification classes. List the licenses, certificates, or registrations that are required to perform the essential duties of this job. -minimum 5 years relevant working experience; experience with MNC is preferred; -College or above in accounting or tax major experience; -Capable of reading/writing English; fluent in oral English will be an advantage; -Problem solving, integrity and a effective team player is required; -Working Location : Tangxia Town, Dongguan City |
