| SMTSupervisor职位说明及要求 | |
1. Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals. 2. Confers with management, production and marketing staff to determine manufacturing feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products. 3. Reviews and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements. 4. Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and distribution. 5. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. 6. Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees. 7. Generates productivity reports and other operations metrics. 任职资格 1. Bachelor degree, majoring in electronics. 2. More than 3 years production experience in SMT and have supervisory experience. 3. Lean & 6 Sigma concept. 4. Project lead and implement experience. 5. Good English communication, time management, problem solving and leadership skills. 6. Familiar with quality tools, can use statistic method to analysis. |
