CCT技术员CCTtechnician-mechanical职位说明及要求

Job Description:
1. Perform highly diversified duties to maintain CCT lab machine.
2. Operate all CCT lab machines and record measurement and testing data according to CCT lab procedure.
3. Report failed and unusual measurement and testing data to testing supervisor.
4. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of CCT machines.
5. Read and interpret CCT lab procedure and work instruction to other department and operators.
6. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
7. Perform daily 5S in CCT lab.
8. Installation of new equipments and relocating existing equipments in CCT lab.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in facility lab equipments operation and maintenance.
2. Operating skill of polish machine, band saw, wet saw, drills, welder, manual and automated cutting equipments and hand tools.
3. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
