| 质量工程师QualityEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Ensure that advanced quality planning techniques are utilized to meet customer and supplier quality objectives as directed by the department‘s goals Supplier PPAP approval Assist Engineering and Manufacturing with advanced quality planning tools (i.e. QFD, FTA, DFMEA, PFMEA) Assist Engineering, Manufacturing and customer personnel with advanced statistical problem solving methods Participate in product team meetings to address quality related issues Act as liaison for plant quality and supplier quality Coordinate the design, build and certification of all module and module component gages/MM fixtures used by Key for both prototype and production level parts Review and approve plant process control plans and obtain customer approval Prepare initial sample packages to support customer prototype and production milestones Coordinate related test reports, layout/capability data, certifications, etc. with other functional groups; and obtain customer production approval Review product and process prints/specifications with Engineering, Manufacturing and the customer to determine critical/significant characteristics, mistake-proofing opportunities, and correct datum scheme for manufacturing and gaging Interface with customers and manufacturing engineers to resolve product and process quality issues Track and obtain corrective action responses to customer complaints Review/audit Key plants for conformance to quality procedures and control plans Maintain first-line contact with customer quality engineering groups during product development and throughout production |
