| Identify 8 to 10 key responsibilities in rough order of importance. Focus on the results that are expected from the job. To represent Quality rganization from VP (value proposition) milestone to end of life of each project. To push / coach the project team towards total product quality by deploying quality tools such as Voice of Consumer， critical parameters management， FMEA etc.. To plan all quality related activities， including tests and release. To ensure quality assurance activities from all departments are properly fulfilled. To predict and measure the quality of the products at each stage of the realization process. To deploy to suppliers and partners (esp ODMs)， Philips quality approach and tools. To get consumers feedback and drive for quick implementation of solutions. To report quality status to management on weekly basis. MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战 Describe the most challenging and complex part of the position. 描述主要的挑战和此岗位的复杂部分. · To balance all stakeholders’ requirements such as the quality target， delivery time and cost. · To utilize fully and organize the resources existed to achieve the department’s target. · To develop suppliers and help them improve the quality system and competence · To communicate with marketing representatives to define the product in early stage · To assess the risk and plan the quality release plan for new technology， new product and change. JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求 The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance: 此岗位要求具备下列个人能力，及达到可接受绩效所需的能力.还有工作经验的要求。 （能力获取程度使用四个程度动词：由高到低依次为精通、掌握、熟悉、了解） a) Education学历: Bachelor degree b) Experience工作经验: 3 years is a must ，5 years preferred c) Travel Frequency出差频率: < 25% 25% - 50% > 50% d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能: · English communication skill · Engineering background · Quality competence as following |
