| IT项目经理职位说明及要求 | |
Project Manager 400K/Y Project / Program Manager ? Successfully manage assigned projects, ensuring delivery of the tasks in accordance to EDS’s standards and approach and meeting client’s objectives with exceptional quality ? Support demand generation in the course of work and provide industry expertise relevant to airline IT systems to pursuits ? Coach and mentor lesser-experienced project managers and potential project managers Responsibilities: ? Lead a project team which may comprised of EDS employees from both global and local, client users and other third party staff ? Manage the communication with client key stakeholders ? Manage the project risk ? Manage the project schedule, tasks and deliverables adhering to EDS’ methodology and quality ? Manage the project budget ? Manage the resource transitions that may occur during project delivery Qualifications/Experience ? 10+ years IT experience in Application areas, including development, implementation and / or maintenance support services ? 3+ years project management experience with more than 2 full-cycle development or implementation projects of successful track records ? Experience in leading a project delivery team more than 20 members ? Experience in managing project P+L ? IT experience in Airline industry required; Knowledge of e-ticket system (Fair, booking) is a plus ? Strong business sense and industry background ? PMI-certified is a plus Desirable Skills: ? Good communication skills, especially with C-level, and the ability to adapt and appreciate the different cultural background of the clients ? Exceptional team leadership, and the ability to cultivate team work spirit and motivating all individuals ? Good people management skill ? Good conflict management and negotiation skills ? Creative and sombre in the mind, attentive to details and tactful with words ? English in business communication level is needed Special Requirements: e.g. shift work - lifting – on-call required etc.. ? Readiness to work overtime, or work at odd-hours as and when required by the project ? Readiness to travel |
