Qualifications : Masters/Degree in Communications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years‘ experience in a project management capacity, either in hardware or software development Skills: - Strong knowledge of wireless communications, Internet technologies and hardware or software design methodologies - Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of printing product development and its related activities Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management capacity. Leading a team of design engineers. At least 12 years in technology work environment. Good understanding of business fundamentals with applied experience. Others: - Good leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. - Mature with a global outlook in product development - Comfortable in making presentation in English to internal staff, top management and customers alike. Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the development of either printing and imaging or telecommunications products - Interact with customers, suppliers and other research institutions - Lead and manage a team of R&D Engineers |
