| FinanceManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsible for supervising the daily accounting activities, reporting, analysis, treasury, tax, L/C, bank guarantee and MFG/Pro and Khalix system, work closely with business unit to supply the effective information and finance solutions to support our business growth. Lead the daily accounting operation to ensure it complies with Company policy and PRC’s regulatory requirement. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Lead the finance activity on the daily basis to comply with company policy and procedure 2.Finance Reporting for both PRC and US GAAP in a timely and accurate matter 3.Prepare and monitor monthly closing schedule 4.Finance Voucher‘s review and approval 5.General Ledger conducting, monitoring and coaching 6.Expense analysis and allocation between business units 7.Prepare monthly and yearly tax packages 8.Assist Finance Controller to implement the internal control across the company with SOX compliance. 9.Assist on MFG/PRO system maintenance and migration, key driver for system automation 10.Credit Analysis & review weekly 11.Provide on-job training to the accounting team 12.Work closely with business units to provide accounting solutions for their business requirement 13.Key management team member for WGQIRM tactic operation 14.Any ad hoc assignment from Finance Controller Qualifications: 1.University Graduate in accounting or finance 2.At least 5 years‘ working experience with MNC and 2 years‘ experience in finance manager position 3.Good communication and inter-personal skills 4.Familiar with MFG/PRO system or similar ERP system 5.Proficiency in written and spoken English 6.Self-motivated and ability to handle multi-tasks 7.Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure Business Justification: Finance manager is a crucial position in IRMWGQ management team to support the company from a single BU logistic company to grow to a regional/global logistic hub with multiple BU. It enables clear roles and responsibility vs. FP&A and unlocks the potential for accounting management to upgrade to next level. With this position backfilled, the finance team will have two engines to support the business well with Budgeting, Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting, Treasury, Taxation, and Internal Control (Accounting). |
