信息技术服务管理员DesktopServiceAdministrator职位说明及要求

主要职责
1. 提供给公司的服务器、网络、系统等系统的日常支持；
2. 帮助解决公司内部员工在使用电脑时所遇到的有关硬件、网络、OS、办公室软件、Outlook 等方面的问题；
3. 完成直接经理布置的其他相关IT项目或任务；
4. 与大中国区和亚太地区的IT团队共同合作维护IT环境；
5. 培训公司内部员工使他们能更好地掌握并使用公司电脑的硬件与软件系统；

基本要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业大学毕业；
2. 熟悉 Windows Active Directory 2003 工作环境；
3. 熟悉微软的系统和软件,例如XP操作系统, Outlook, office等；
4. 熟悉日常的电脑软件和硬件的维护；
5. 熟悉Cisco 的网络设备；
6. 熟悉HP服务器产品；
7. 良好的解决问题的能力；
8. 客户服务能力与团队合作精神强；
9. 良好的中英文沟通能力
Principal Responsibilities
1. Provide IT daily support to company‘s servers, network, hardware and other systems;
2. Solve various issue raised by end users, relative to hardware, network, OS, office, Outlook, etc;
3. Fulfill other IT projects or tasks as assigned by line manager
4. Co-ordinate with Greater China IT team and Regional IT in managing IT environment;
5. Enhance the productivity of end users by providing training & helpdesk support in the use of desktop hardware & software.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Familiar with Windows Active Directory 2003 environment
3. Familiar with Microsoft Windows system and applications, such as Windows XP, Outlook, office, etc.
4. Familiar with the day-to-day PC applications and hardware maintenance.
5. Familiar with Cisco network equipment products
6. Familiar with HP server products
7. Good troubleshooting skills and analytical skills
8. Strong Customer service orientation skills and team work spirit.
9. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
