Introduction/简介: DMG Microset is a highly efficient and customized tool management solution offering a comprehensive program for adjustment and measurement of tools parallel to production time, as well as custom-made software packages for integrated tool management. Duties & responsibilities/职责: 1. Commissioning of Microset products in Asia and Chinese market 在亚太和中国范围内调试对刀仪 2. Coordinating service activities of key customers, escalated cases between DMG China, Asian DMG, key customers, central service units and SCC 协调服务相关活动 3. Reporting and analyzing service cases by DSR 用数字报告汇报与分析服务事项 4. Repair Microset products 对刀仪产品的维修 5. Hotline for Microset products 电话支持、解答对刀仪产品的相关疑问 Qualification/资质要求: 1. University degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronics or relative majors 机电一体化或电气相关专业本科及以上学历 2. At least 1 years at machine tools post-sales service and maintenance 1年以上机床等机械产品售后服务及维修相关工作经验 3. Familiar with digital-control function of controlling system Knowledge about FANAC, Siemens, Mitsubishi software is advanced. 熟悉多种控制系统者佳，如FANAC，西门子，三菱等 4. Familiar with Turning and Milling Machine is advanced 熟悉车床、铣床等机床者优先 5. Fluent spoken English 英语口语流利 |
