岗位描述 1.Ability to lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. 2.Leverages broad technical experience to ensure success of projects.Leverage technical expertise and experience to provide direction to the team in technology development and transfer of technology. 3.Maintains liaison with Federal, State and local agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Works closely with EH&S experts to insure facility remains in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Bekaert Specialty Film standards. 4.Installs and commercializes new processes utilizing Bekaert Marketing Roadmap whenever applicable. 5.Works under direction of the Vice President Operations to install new process technology as needed and takes the lead on investigating new equipment sources, offering recommendations for equipment purchases. 6.Becomes knowledgeable of state of the art in current coating and laminating technology. 7.Establishes contact with, and directs efforts of, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants engaged in facilities projects. 8.Reviews and keeps costs within budget guidelines and timeline through project planning and execution. 9.Capable of managing facilities during install, start-up and commercialization phases. 职位要求 1.A minimum of a Bachelor‘s of Science degree in Chemical, Materials, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, is required with seven years experience in manufacturing environments. 2.Proven track record of managing projects in the $1-15MM range. 3.Strong environmental, health and safety ethics & play an active role in creating culture of safety. 4.Fluent oral and written communication in English and bilingual in Mandarin Chinese. 5.Excellent organizational skills, specifically aimed at project management environment. 6.Strong mechanical problem-solving skills. 7.Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and in an independent manner. 8.Fast learner with strong self-motivation. 9.Must have the ability to work effectively with people with range of academic, professional and regional backgrounds. 10.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. 11.Typical travel level may be up to 25%, and candidate must be willing to travel internationally and for extended (2 weeks) periods when specific needs arises (such as technology transfer visits to San Diego). |
