| 铸件采购工程师CastIronPurchasingEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Duties & responsibilities/职责: 1. Sourcing and auditing of potential suppliers for cast iron parts 寻找并审核在铸件配件方面有潜力的供应商 2. Technical evaluation of suppliers for cast iron parts 对铸件配件供应商进行技术评估 3. Analysis and monitoring of the production process 分析并监控生产流程 4. Ensure the quality requirements of GILDEMEISTER casting moulds and parts 确保模具，配件的质量达到GILDEMEISTER的要求 5. Interface to other departments 与其他部门联系合作 Qualification/资质要求: 1. Degree/Diploma as cast iron engineer or mechanical engineer with deep knowledge of cast iron processes 本科以上学历，铸件工程专业或机械工程专业，对铸件生产流程熟悉 2. Experience in the machine tool industry and at least 3 years experience in the production process of hand cast iron or foundry 有机床行业经验，并至少具有3年手工铸件或铸件的生产流程经验 3. Experience with the design, production and the quality acceptance of casting moulds 在模具的设计，生产及质量审核方面有经验 4. Additional understanding of machining processes of casting parts, sheet metal and mechanical components 了解铸件，金属片，机械部件的机械生产流程 5. Knowledge of material science and analysis as well as of quality control for casting parts and moulds 具有材料科学与分析及部件与模具的质量控制的知识 6. Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Systems 熟悉ISO9001质量体系 7. English fluent, German is a plus 英语熟练，懂德语优先 8. Good Computer skills 具有良好的计算机技能 9. Frequent traveling required 要求经常出差 注：上海公司提供免费午餐及班车。 |
