Background/Experience University Graduate with Major in Mechanical/Electronic 3-5 years related working experience in a manufacturing and R&D environment Familiar with ISO standards, both in system and food safety Good understanding of manufacturing processes with strong technical and analytical skills Able to work in a cross cultural and functional team environment Six sigma and TQM knowledge is preferred Written and spoken English is a must Tasks Perform cause analysis for process quality problems and follow improvement actions Work closely with project manager to handle all quality issues to smoothen the new project process Quality planning and documentation for new product, as well as timely modification during mass production Customer complaints communication, handling and follow up Invole in quality system creation, implementation and improvement Other routine jobs |
