TrainingManager职位说明及要求

-Plan and execute training and development strategies to align with business objectives
-Design ,develop dan evaluate training programs,including customer service initiatives,soft skillstraining,as well as operation/technical skills
-Identify and propose training needs for different departments and levels in the group
-Prepare annaul training budget ,forecast and monthly report
Requirements,
-Degree in Training
-At least 3 years training experience in servicing or retail industry
-Solid training experience in retail or brand development is an advantage
-Local Chinese,fluent in English is needed
