Flashbay.com is a leading UK-based supplier for USB Flash Drives for businesses worldwide of all industries. With our own state of the art factory in Shenzhen, China and our dynamic sales team in London, we are continuing our strong growth path. Now we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL BUYER to join our team in Shenzhen. You‘ll be working on challenging assignments, solving basic problems and supporting the needs of factory processes. Functions include: Supplier sourcing, evaluation & selection Supplier communication, negotiation & pricing Supplier relationship & performance management Contract administration Payment terms compliance Execute purchase requisitions and get confirmation & approval from managers Order management - take appropriate actions to ensure orders in the system are fulfilled on time Utilize purchasing system and IT tools to perform duties. Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time. Qualifications A related university degree 2-3 years experience in purchasing and knowledge of purchasing practices, terms, negotiation concepts and business law Good communication skills and essential written English level but ability to speak English preferably Ability to negotiate with and influence others Ability to resolve problems with suppliers Excellent planning, analytical skills Service oriented & well-organized Ability to interact in a multicultural environment This is a very good opportunity for you to play a very important role with challenges and developing your skills and abilities within a very friendly and focused team.
