| SalesEngineer销售工程师职位说明及要求 | |
Job description/Mission 1.Be responsible the sales of ATLAS COPCO‘s Industrial Tools range to General Industry customers in Tianjin in consistency with ATLAS COPCO China‘s marketing strategies,goals and targets. 2.Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area and to provide assistance in the other area when required by Area Sales Manager. 3.Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area 4.Analyze and provide timely,accurate market information to the Marketing Manager,such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products,relative the success of marking strategies and programs for the territory. 5.Work independently,such as demonstration,sales presentation,business negotiation,reporting and etc. Experience Requirements 1.Degree in engineering 2.3-5 years sales record from similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users. Previous experience from working in a foreign company a plus 3.Good knowledge of English,written and spoken. 4.Good presentation skills 5.Computer literate:Microsoft Office 6.Outgoing,good listener,problem solver,ambitious,team worker 工作内容 1、负责天津地区工业客户的业务开展，销售阿特拉斯•科普柯高端工具 2、提高产品在负责区域的市场份额，并为团队其他成员提供必要支持 3、管理并发展现有大客户（例如：空客） 4、及时向上一级反馈当地的市场状况及竞争对手情况 5、独立完成：产品演示、产品介绍、方案和标书撰写、商务谈判及向上级汇报的工作 工作经验： 1、本科以上学历，工科背景。 2、3-5年工业高端产品销售经验，熟悉技术销售技巧及流程，有外资企业相关工作经验者优先。 3、英文听说良好 4、熟悉office办公软件。 5、良好的表达和沟通能力。 6、有团队精神，工作主动积极。 |
