某知名外企诚聘技术服务经理一名. 工作地点:北京 职责: 1 Primary tasks 基础任务 -Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and development to improve service level to our clients in Northern China and designated APR countries. 为中国北方区和亚太地区指定国家的客户的发展提供建设性的业界发展指导 -Identifies new opportunities for Elotex business in responsible region and makes constructive suggestions for proceeding. 在负责区域为业务寻求新的发展机会和建设性执行方案 -Develops and introduces of new products and solutions. 研究和推广新产品极其整体方案 -Liaison between development technical staff and sales team, keep fluent information exchange with regional sales manager and marketing manager. 在技术和销售间有效协调，保持与区域销售经理和市场经理的顺畅信息沟通 -Coordinate laboratory projects within the team, ensure customer project completion and communication timely 协调实验室团队的项目进展，确保客户项目在合理的时间内完成并有效沟通 -Ensures team compliance with site SHE standards. 确保团队符合安全健康环保要求 2 People managment团队管理 -Supervises Elotex technical people in Northern China (Beijing and Shandong, currently). 管理北方区技术服务团队（包括北京和山东） -Develop people and fulfill organization plan 制定人员发展计划以满足组织发展要求 3 Cooperation and communication with other people and sites与其他机构的沟通合作 Internally内部: -Coordinate and progressing customer projects in northern China and designated APR country 协调中国北方区和亚太地区指定国家的客户项目进展 -Communicate and coordinate effectively with the local technical team and Shanghai technical team 在区域技术团队和上海技术团队间进行有效沟通 -Coordinate with marketing team on new solutions/new products development 与市场团对有效协调制定新产品新市场发展实施方案 Externally外部 -Contact with the dry mix industry to know market information and customer needs. 与干混砂浆行业保持密切联系，了解市场信息和客户需求 -Keep relations with universities, institutes and governmental departments related to Elotex business. 与易来泰业务相关的学院，研究机构和政府部门保持良好合作关系 要求: Master degree or above in Buildings Materials or Chemistry 材料或化学专业硕士研究生或以上学历 At least three years working experience in dry mortar formulation and application 至少三年在干粉砂浆配方和应用方面的经验 Excellent knowledge of construction chemicals 丰富的建筑化学品相关知识 Competent knowledge on synthetic and natural polymer chemistry 充分的合成和天然聚合物化学品知识 Competent knowledge on related Standards of dry mortar |
