| PackagingEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Position:Packaging engineer Key Responsibilities: -Provide technical advice to NYO team in research and development stage to make sure packaging are appropriate design for product and vendor can do their work efficiently. -Coordinate with factories and overseas offices in the development of material (for Packaging – Paper, PU/PVC and material for box insert) and silhouette to ensure that protos meet design and technical requirements and are submitted on time for meetings. -Assist the Team to provide input of construction and material alternatives to reduce cost but keep saleable / quality product. -Liaise with NYO, PD, Production teams in office, as well as finished goods vendors and agent to fulfill product fitting requirement on every market. -Coordinate with the QA team to ensure quality assurance be attained in packaging factories as well as proper packaging method be applied on final product. -Coordinate with production team to diagnose production problem to ensure cases be reported to senior levels and be solved on promptly basis. -Perform price negotiation to seek confirmation of prices. Skills/ Requirements: -University Graduate -Minimum 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in printing or paper product, previous working experience in packaging field is an advantage. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Initiative, well- organized, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure -Customer focused, strong sense of accountability -English and Chinese, and Putonghua -Proficiency in PS applications |
