| SystemAdministrator系统管理员职位说明及要求 | |
Job Description: Manage IT system ( Local Domain & Notes) by controlling user account/mail archive, and implementing user profile. Maintain Prod. System by troubleshooting issues and coordinate with user/CST/external supplier(Barco/Lawer) for system upgrade/improvement Control local security by monitoring Anti-Virus status and managing internet access behaviour (ISA) with following up global guideline Develop Notes application by following up global policy/standard and analysing user requirement Implement global IT project by following project plan and procedure which agree with top manager Maintain IT infrastructure through monitoring network performance and coordinating with network supplier for network project implement/review Perform IT support by handling purchasing of IT equipment according to IT budget plan and supporting end user through IT helpdesk Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field At least one year experience in supporting IT infrastructure including Windows server(Domain), LAN/WAN, firewall(ISA), MS SQL Knowledge in supporting Lotus notes, windows server, firewall is an asset Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and verbal) |
