Working Scope: ChinaJob Description:
- Develop， implement and maintain a Quality Assurance System according to GMP， HACCP and China Food regulations
- Set up and implement hygiene and safety rules
- Set up a sound documentation system on areas like raw material and product specifications， protocols on batch retracebility， sample taking， validation， calibration， SOPs
- Constantly supervise the workshops and warehouses on GMP and food safety conformity
- Set up a training plans and provide trainings to all employees on Quality Management， Hygiene， Safety and writing SOPs
- Conduct internal and customer audits
- Liaise with related authorities to receive certificates
- Willing to travel a lot
- Can be based in Shanghai office or at plants in Cangnan (near Wenzhou) or Liaoyuan (near Changchun)
Background:
- Bachelor degree as food or chemical engineer
- Min. 5 years experience of QA/QC in Food/Pharma/Cosmetics or related FMCG industry
- Good command of Chinese and English both oral and written
- Sound understanding of GMP and ISO 9000
- Very good understanding of hygiene and safety risks for food manufacturing
- Strong personality who can work independently
- Very good training ability and strong decision making skills
