| 信贷审批主管职位说明及要求 | |
Duties and Responsibilities: -Responsible for operations in the Underwriting Team -Perform checking on loan applications -Supervisoring groups of Underwriting Clerks -Quality management -Assist Underwriting Manager to meet KPI Requirements: -University degree or above -5+ years Working experience in operations field, and banking experience is preferred -Supervisory/Management experience for over 3 years -Excellent working attitude and management skills -Excellent verbal/written communication skills -Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills -Good at problem solving and time management skills -Able to travel & work on shifts -Detailed & organized in personality -Hands-on and structured approach -Good PC skill is an advantage -Experience in process design or project is preferred -Fluent in English(verbal/written) preferred |
