IT工程师ITEngineer职位说明及要求

Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of PC/Terminal and office automation system(fax,　printer,　scanner,　etc)
2.Installs and maintains hardware and software；updates software and virus cleaning to end-users
3.Maintains company network；installs,configures and maintains the server, switchboard and router
4.Train the end-user as needed
5.Ensures　network　and　financial　data　security　and　implementation　of　Corporate　IT　SOPs
6.Interacts and　negotiates　with　vendors　to　facilitate　in　procurement　of　IT　equipment　and　ensures　quality services　are　provided
7.Work　with　IT　colleagues　in　other　office　locations　to　maintain　and　develop　system　network.

Requirement:
1.College　degree　in　IT　related　majors
2.At　least　3　yrs　experience　of　IT　support.　
3.Good　knowledge　about　Windows　XP,　Windows　2003　Domain,　MS　Office　and　other　software.
4.Good　understanding　of　network　knowledge,　including　DNS,　DHCP,　TCP/IP,　routing,　switching,　gateway,　firewall　and　etc.
5.Good　hands-on　experience　of　network　support,　including　network　cabling,　network　printing,　network　switch　and　etc
6.Basic　knowledge　about　Server　support,　including　hardware　and　software　installation　and　daily　maintenance
7.Good　communications　skill　and　customer　service　attitude.
