系统分析员职位说明及要求

任职要求：

1、专业不限，本科以上学历，英文良好；

2、6年以上相关 ERP 与项目规划工作经验，至少3年以上MFG/PRO工作经验；

3、善于分析与改善电子制造的流程；

4、良好的数据库结构分析经验；

5、必要的财务基础知识；

6、良好的语言表达能力，书面与报告的起草。

工作职责:

1、维护与管控ERP系统；

2、分析与解决用户需求；

3、对ERP系统进行必要的测试与提供相应的问题的解决方案；

4、调查、分析，改进公司的运作流程，使之趋于更加合理高效；

5、研究，分析，验证可能的解决方案；

6、项目的管理；

7、用户的相关培训。

Experience and Education / Training Requirements:

1， Degree or above in computer subjects or related discipline;

2， 6 years or above related ERP & programming development experience with at least 3 years‘ experience in MFG/PRO;

3， Knowledge on workflow of electronic manufacturing and will to analyze and improvement;

4， Solid experience on database analysis;

5， Knowledge on accounting is preferred;

6， Good communication skills in Mandarin， Cantonese and English;

7， Good documentation & report writing skill required.

Major duties and responsibilities:

1， ERP syste maintenance and control;

2， User requirements analysis;

3， Testing and trouble shooting on ERP system;

4， Investigate and analyze company workflow;

5， Research，analyze and testing possible solution;

6， Project management;

7， Prepare Documentation;

8， User training.
