| MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Single entry point for all higher-level issues related to assignments in the Greater China region.Provide consulting and guidance to management and regional HR global mobility issues and facilitate the Global Mobility reward,benefits and administration acticities in the region. Drive to improve the Mobility regional process landscape in alignment with regional C&B managers and global team. interface with global team,regional C&B,managment,regional and business HR and/or external vendors to ensure smooth transition and reparition to/from assigment country. Provide guidance to assignment services provIder on NSN poIicIes and practices. Effectively communicate and train NSN Global Mobillty principles and guidelines to management , regional and business HR.Implment and manage policy launches in the region. guide region in poIicy lnterpretations and in decision making regarding assignments.Anticipate the needs of the business and region and pro-actively support these needs in alignment wlth regional.C&B manager by provIding input and feedback to global policies Develop,review and revise of country specifics,based on global guidelines aligned with global team for approval. Responsible for benchmarking regional comparator group for assignment policies and benefits. Work with sourcing and gIobal team on vendor reviews and service implementatIons. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experlence ( 3 + years ) on managing global mobility issues on reglonal level is a must An excellent understandlng of theassIgnment iIfe cycIe and the assoclated issues from start finish Knowledge of expatrlate compensatIon . penslon and sociaI securIty arrangements Experlence In other HR functlons ls benenclal.
