| [main purpose of the role and key responsibilities] Plans and manages complex IT Program deliverables， costs， schedules and milestones. Ensures program delivered whilst meeting technical， quality， cost and timescale targets. Acts as leader for project managers and business associates. Reports progress and performance to line management. Provides leadership for project managers and work teams in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues. Negotiates the program scope and targets with the business. [requirements] Very good knowledge on BI solutions， SAP BW and ERP. Proven International Project Management Experience Very good know how on Project Management Methods， Processes and Tools Know how on existing NSN application landscape General understanding of IT architecture and system design ery good communication and presentation skills Very good analytical capabilities Very good English language PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Independently carrying out consulting and project management. Resolves unique and highly complex problems within own discipline. Makes decisions about own and/or project work using known solutions as basis. Effective management of resources and development/implementation of applications and processes. Increased awareness and influence of other functions outside of own business area. Ensure proper Application Management with end-to-end solutions as well as value-adding innovation and consolidation projects and programs for our colleagues in the corporate departments and business units on a global level |
