Responsibilities: Standardization work on O&M Solving the problems in current standards Supporting other teams in technical issues Attend 3GPP & CCSA meetings Requirements: Bachelor or above with major in telecommunications or electrical engineering Familiar with protocols on mobile communication network management of 3GPP and CCSA OMC development experience is preferred In-depth system knowledge and development experience on 3G (UMTS, TD-SCDMA) technologies is preferred Experience in 3GPP/CCSA standardization work is a plus Good inter personal and networking skills Creative and cooperative, excellent task and self-management skills Strong analytical and strategic skills together with pragmatic business related thinking Good English communication skills, both verbal and written |
