| Sales/AccountManager职位说明及要求 | |
General Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for the sale and overall growth of the non-technical value-added services programs offered out by Asurion for its target customers. The Account Manager is also accountable for the customer satisfaction ratings of his/her assigned accounts. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The key performance indicators include: - Meet initial sales objectives: contract signing for a non-technical value-added service (VAS) by a mobile operator - Meet take-rates targets for the VAS programs - Attain renewal and retention goals - Ensure performance of carrier partners in terms of data exchange, payment and marketing commitments - Exceed customer satisfaction ratings Responsibilities include: - Develop communication channels with relevant executives within customers’ organization - Ensure that training programs for the retail/channels are carried and that the appropriate marketing materials are available - Design processes to monitor and report performance - Review and update training, marketing and channel management processes to maintain growth and retention targets Requirements: Knowledge: Good understanding of the mobile industry within China, especially China Mobile Relevant knowledge of both enterprise and retail sales processes and drivers Working experience of account management with demonstrated attainment of key revenue objectives Strong team player that is able to communicate effectively both internally and with customers and partners Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in sales and account management in the telecommunications industry Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization, from administrative staff to senior executives. Capability for high levels of responsibility and ownership of time and budget critical customers projects. Excellent presentation and coaching skills. Strong business awareness and independence. Desired Knowledge/Skills: Communication: a strong and assured communicator and presenter, possessing excellent inter-personal and communication skills, who is able to “sell” him or herself and the company and to gain personal credibility with all levels of staff and senior management. Achievement Oriented: has a strong commitment towards the achievement of objectives and targets, possessing a natural propensity to succeed through tenacity, and the personal drive to get things done, make effective decisions and see them through to an effective conclusion. Self Reliance and Motivation: possess a self-assured and out-going personality with the ability to work practically, flexibly and proactively whilst maintaining high levels of self-motivation. Work Standards and Integrity: sets and maintains professional ethics and standards at all times, and is concerned with the quality, professionalism and integrity of the work undertaken. Customer and Commercial Orientation: understands the commercial and customer implications of chosen approaches and is able to adopt a commercially viable stand, which balances the achievement of good business with the ongoing customer satisfaction. Teamwork: able to work in the interests of the whole team and to give and receive support in order to achieve wider corporate objectives. |
