| 招聘专员RecruitmentSpecialist职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: 1. Execute the company recruitment policy and process; 2. Communicate with line managers to identify the recruitment needs and requirements to ensure candidate selection to be timely and accurately; 3. Give recruitment training to line mangers; 4. Input database collected from daily recruitment operation to build up talent pool for company current operation and future business development; 5. To coordinate with HR operation team to deal with all the HR service management to employee, including new employee on-board process; employee-orientation program; regular HR service. Performance standards to be achieved: - A qualified and timely output of tasks assigned: opening closure effectiveness, candidates of shortlist vs selection number, etc. - Accuracy and professionalism to deal with employee issues; - Effectiveness of communication platform, channel and pipeline; - Communication effectively and professionally to all managers; - Talent pool quality and quantity. Requirements: - Bachelor or above; - Experience in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred; - Smart, speed, good communication, and result-oriented |
