| 硬件设计工程师(Sr.)Hardwaredesignengineer职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: (1)Digital / Analog circuit and board level design (including Schematic design, PCB layout, BOM creation), verification and test for Automated Vending machine, including IC selection and cost/quality control; (2)Review and direct hardware design, create hardware specification; (3)Create board level FVT requirement and guide test software and fixture design for PCBA manufacturing and testing; (4) Driving resolution of cross-functional issues including those related to development (performance, RS485 serial, USB, motor control, A/D, Thermal behavior), production (quality, failure analysis, manufacturing). Requirements: (1)BS or higher degree in Electronic Engineering; (2)At least 5 years full time working experience in electronic digital/analog circuit design, experience of industrial control product is preferred; (3)Familiar with one of Schematics and PCB layout design tools, e.g. PADS logic/Layout, Cadence or Protel; and fundamental software / mechanical knowledge; (4)Solid Knowledge and working experience of Micro-controller, e.g. C51, XA or ARM7/ARM9 derivates; (5)EMI/EMC, CE/VDE/CE regulatory working experience is an asset; (6)Experience of CPLD/FPGA design is a plus; (7)Capability to troubleshoot and solve problem during different design phase; (8)Good English written/oral communication skills; (9)Willing to grow in technical career, team work and cooperation. 工作职责： (1) 负责自动售卖机器的数字/模拟电路的设计（包括原理图，layout和BOM），验证以及测试，包括元件选型，成本和质量的控制； (2) 审核硬件设计，编写硬件系统规格书； (3) 制定板级FVT测试需求并指导开发用于生产测试的软件和夹具； (4) 参与解决在开发和生产过程中遇到的各种问题。 职位要求: (1) 电子工程相关专业本科以上学历； (2) 5年以上数字/模拟电路的设计经验，有工控产品的开发经验者优先考虑； (3) 熟练使用主流的原理图和布线工具之一，例如：PADS Logic/Layout, Cadence or Protel； (4) 对C51, 或 ARM7/ARM9等微处理器有深刻认识及开发经验； (5) 熟悉CE/VDE/UL, 以及EMI/EMC等安全规范； (6) 具有较强的动手能力，可调试，分析、解决在不同开发阶段的问题； (7) 良好的英文口语及书写能力； (8) 工作主动、有责任心，以及良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 |
