Human Resource Manager 人力资源经理职位说明及要求

The incumbent will be responsible for handling full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, manpower planning, C&B and Work Safety areas. You will also be actively involved in various ad hoc projects / task forces to ensure continuous improvement of the company. §Colleague degree §3-6 years hands-on solid experience in sizeable company. §Good team player, presentable with excellent interpersonal skills, open to new ideas §Well versed in China labour law, rules and regulations as well as HR practices §Well proficient in Personal Computer applications §Hotel HR experience is necessary §Willing to deal with people, patient character §30-40 years old
