Job Summary: Reporting to Senior Manager – China Advanced Material Engineering (AME) & Quality. the job holder will be responsible for mechanical process improvement for Suzhou plant; providing mechanical solutions as well as new production line improvement. Responsibilities: 1. To help to increase the manufacturing capacity for China plants 2. To be responsible for process improvement for China manufacturing 3. To launch the new product 4. To maintain a safe work environment Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering 2. Solid Mechanical design and manufacturing knowledge 3. 2-3 years experience with automatic manufacturing process 4. Good understanding of safety and engineering guidelines in a manufacturing environment 5. Strong communication and good team player 6. Fluent in oral and written English 7. Team work spirit, sense of safety |
