| FW engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| POSITION SUMMARY(职位要求) KNOWLEDGE（专业要求） Knowledge in telecommunication or electrical / electronic engineering or MCU and firmware design.（了解并熟悉通信类工程或者单片机和固件设计） PROBLEM COMPLEXITY（能力要求） Work will require the whole independent designing process.（具备独立设计产品的能力） TYPICAL DUIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责） Work will typically will involve: o Familiar with the principle of MCU， have the experience of designing control board and writing monitor subroutines，.（掌握单片机工作原理，有从事控制板和监控程序设计的开发经验） o Good at design interface circuits and write communication protocol codes， know well RS232/RS485，SPI/ I2C.（能够设计接口电路和编写通信协议，熟悉RS232、RS485串行接口和SPI/I2C总线设计） o Good at design A/D，D/A circuits and write data collecting and processing code.（熟悉A/D，D/A电路设计，以及数据整理和采集） o Familiar with design digital logic circuit and precise operational amplifier circuits（能够设计常用数字逻辑电路和运算放大电路） o Cooperation and team player（团队协作精神） FREEDOM TO ACT WITHIN TECHNICAL DESCIPLINE o Work is closely defined and managed.（工作范围定义明确） o Work is checked during progress and upon completion.(工作还包括项目完成前的进度确认) o Accepts direction and supervision and follows established techniques， procedures and criteria.（按照公司程序和标准接受技术指导与监督） o Judgment is limited to details of work， preliminary selections and adaptations of technical activities.（决策权限仅限于技术性细节及项目早期的筛选工作） COMMUNICATION Contacts are primarily with project team members and other professionals.（主要接触人员为项目组成员及其他专业人士） ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS（基本功能） (In order of importance， indicate the essential functions of the position and the percentage of time dedicated to each function.)各种能力在基本功能中所占比例 Importance Major Action and Support Actions（主要作用及支持作用） % of Time 1 Design evaluate and simulate（设计评估及仿真能力） 30 2 Problem troubleshoot （解决问题能力） 30 3 Analysis of test data and prepare TDR (分析测试数据及报告能力) 15 4 Improving relevant knowledge and skills （自我学习能力） 15 5 Others （其他相关能力） 10 WORK RELATIONSHIPS（工作设计人员范围） Types of Contact Internal/External Purpose of Contact Lab technician（技术员） Internal（国内） Assign filter assembling and debugging task（负责向技术员分配装配及调试工作） Project leader（项目负责人） Internal（国内） Report project status（汇报项目进展） QUALIFICATIONS（职位要求） (List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)最低学历及工作经验要求 o University degree ( =BS degree) in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience more than 3 years.（通信及电子类学士学位以上或相关工作经验3年以上） o Good knowledge in MCU and firmware design ， being familiar with A/D，D/A and DC/DC power supply design.（良好的单片机及固件设计知识，熟悉数模转换以及直流电源设计） o Strong troubleshooting skill.（较强的沟通协调能力） o Basic capability in ora/written communication（基本的英文读写及口语） o Familiarity with MS Word， Excel， Powerpoint and PCB tools.（熟练掌握微软办公软件如Word、Excel、Powerpoint以及一种以上PCB电路工具软件） EQUIPMENT OPERATION（工作设备） o Personal computer（个人电脑） o Oscilloscope（示波器） o Spectrum Analyzer（频谱仪） o Power Meter（功率计） o Other relevant equipment （其他相关设备） TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS（出差要求） Possible travel to other Andrew facilities and customer locations（可能到Andrew其他工厂或者客户所在地出差） |
